Feedback for drafts up to the final design is typically allowed three times. Any additional feedback beyond that will require an extra charge. Group reviews are not accepted. The price quoted is by default for commercial use. Full buyout discussions are necessary.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:(some artists may be different, please follow the specific rules set by artists)

Cancellations by Clients：

If a cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, 80%~100% of the payment can be refunded.

If a cancellation is requested during the coloring phase, the refund will be between 50% to 60%, depending on the level of detail and progress.

For completed artworks, no refunds are permitted, but modifications can be made.

For Video edit/Montage, etc, no refunds are permitted.

Cancellations by Artists：

If an artist unilaterally cancels an order, they must pay a penalty fee (5% of the order amount). If the artist is unable to complete the order due to health or other exceptional reasons, this fee may be waived.

The client will receive a full refund.

Dispute Resolution：

In cases of disputes regarding an order, both parties can invite platform staff for mediation.

Regardless of the mediation outcome, the platform will charge a 5% mediation fee.
