Client Notice:

Commission process: [Draft] - [Line Art] - [Final Version]. Revisions to the draft are free of charge. Minor revisions to the line art and final version (adjusting facial features, colors, etc.) are allowed twice. Major revisions (changing poses, props, etc.) will incur an additional charge of $5 to $10. Due to the proportions of Chibi-style characters, clothing designs may be simplified and some minor details omitted.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:(some artists may be different, please follow the specific rules set by artists)

Cancellations by Clients：

If a cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, 80%~100% of the payment can be refunded.

If a cancellation is requested during the coloring phase, the refund will be between 50% to 60%, depending on the level of detail and progress.

For completed artworks, no refunds are permitted, but modifications can be made.

For Video edit/Montage, etc, no refunds are permitted.

Cancellations by Artists：

If an artist unilaterally cancels an order, they must pay a penalty fee (5% of the order amount). If the artist is unable to complete the order due to health or other exceptional reasons, this fee may be waived.

The client will receive a full refund.

Dispute Resolution：

In cases of disputes regarding an order, both parties can invite platform staff for mediation.

Regardless of the mediation outcome, the platform will charge a 5% mediation fee.
