The sample image features a single-color background with simple design elements. If an environmental background/large lighting effects are required, an additional $20 will be charged. For complex designs (such as intricate accessories, outfits, hairstyles, mech armor, etc.), prices will increase depending on the specific details. Sketches can be modified for free. Before detailing, colors will need to be confirmed (changes during this phase are free of charge). No further modifications are allowed after this stage. The finalized design will be delivered within a month.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:(some artists may be different, please follow the specific rules set by artists)

Cancellations by Clients：

If a cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, 80%~100% of the payment can be refunded.

If a cancellation is requested during the coloring phase, the refund will be between 50% to 60%, depending on the level of detail and progress.

For completed artworks, no refunds are permitted, but modifications can be made.

For Video edit/Montage, etc, no refunds are permitted.

Cancellations by Artists：

If an artist unilaterally cancels an order, they must pay a penalty fee (5% of the order amount). If the artist is unable to complete the order due to health or other exceptional reasons, this fee may be waived.

The client will receive a full refund.

Dispute Resolution：

In cases of disputes regarding an order, both parties can invite platform staff for mediation.

Regardless of the mediation outcome, the platform will charge a 5% mediation fee.
