【Steps】：Queue & Payment, Confirming Elements/Character Design, and Final Draft confirmation.

【Modification】：This is suitable for clients who are not too stringent with requirements. Only one modification is allowed (be it minor or major). After the draft has been approved, there won't be changes during the coloring process. Extra modifications, limited to two instances, will entail an extra charge of +$5.

【Expertise】：I specialize in drawing dresses. Male characters aren't my forte. Additionally, I'm not well-versed in simpler designs. Kindly communicate any specific type/color preferences or special accessories beforehand to avoid layout issues later.

【Timeline】：Artworks are generally completed within three days post order acceptance. Any adjustments in the delivery schedule will be pre-communicated to clients.

【Art Display】：By default, artworks will be displayed with multiple watermarks. Should you require exclusive rights and non-display, please notify in advance. If there's a specific image size requirement, do mention it, or the default will be set as per the sample image.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:(some artists may be different, please follow the specific rules set by artists)

Cancellations by Clients：

If a cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, 80%~100% of the payment can be refunded.

If a cancellation is requested during the coloring phase, the refund will be between 50% to 60%, depending on the level of detail and progress.

For completed artworks, no refunds are permitted, but modifications can be made.

For Video edit/Montage, etc, no refunds are permitted.

Cancellations by Artists：

If an artist unilaterally cancels an order, they must pay a penalty fee (5% of the order amount). If the artist is unable to complete the order due to health or other exceptional reasons, this fee may be waived.

The client will receive a full refund.

Dispute Resolution：

In cases of disputes regarding an order, both parties can invite platform staff for mediation.

Regardless of the mediation outcome, the platform will charge a 5% mediation fee.
