• Refund and Cancellation Policies:(some artists may be different, please follow the specific rules set by artists)

  • Cancellations by Clients：

    • If a cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, 80%~100% of the payment can be refunded.

    • If a cancellation is requested during the coloring phase, the refund will be between 50% to 60%, depending on the level of detail and progress.

    • For completed artworks, no refunds are permitted, but modifications can be made.

    • For Video edit/Montage, etc, no refunds are permitted.

  • Cancellations by Artists：

    • If an artist unilaterally cancels an order, they must pay a penalty fee (5% of the order amount). If the artist is unable to complete the order due to health or other exceptional reasons, this fee may be waived.

    • The client will receive a full refund.

  • Dispute Resolution：

    • In cases of disputes regarding an order, both parties can invite platform staff for mediation.

    • Regardless of the mediation outcome, the platform will charge a 5% mediation fee.
