【You Need to Provide】: Character design. Commissions without a design image and only based on text won't be accepted! Specifications: Desired actions or poses, any specific items or elements you want around the character (limited to 3 requests or it can be left to the artist's discretion).

【Art Display】: Finished artwork with a watermark will be displayed. If a full-screen watermark is required, please inform in advance. If you prefer the artwork not to be released publicly, please specify in advance.

【Special Note】: The mentioned price is for personal use only and doesn't include commercial rights. If commercial use is intended, please specify in advance.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:(some artists may be different, please follow the specific rules set by artists)

Cancellations by Clients：

If a cancellation is requested during the sketch phase, 80%~100% of the payment can be refunded.

If a cancellation is requested during the coloring phase, the refund will be between 50% to 60%, depending on the level of detail and progress.

For completed artworks, no refunds are permitted, but modifications can be made.

For Video edit/Montage, etc, no refunds are permitted.

Cancellations by Artists：

If an artist unilaterally cancels an order, they must pay a penalty fee (5% of the order amount). If the artist is unable to complete the order due to health or other exceptional reasons, this fee may be waived.

The client will receive a full refund.

Dispute Resolution：

In cases of disputes regarding an order, both parties can invite platform staff for mediation.

Regardless of the mediation outcome, the platform will charge a 5% mediation fee.
