The order will be delivered in 7-14 days once accepted. The process is as follows: sketch - line art and color filling - final illustration. The sketch can be significantly revised twice and minorly revised twice. Other stages can be minorly revised three times (excluding corrections for setting mistakes).
Regarding order cancellation: A 30% fee is charged if cancelled after the sketch is provided, only return 50% if cancelled after line art and color filling are provided, and there are no refunds once the final illustration is completed.
